Our team works closely with clients to design sustainable development projects and programs, develop or re-structure context-specific theories of change, results frameworks, and implementation strategies that align with institutional goals, as well as national and international priorities such as the Sustainable Development Goals and the Paris Agreement. We emphasize participatory approaches, evidence-based planning, and resilience-building to ensure long-term sustainability and stakeholder ownership.
We provide hands-on support for the implementation of complex projects and programs, from start-up through execution, focused on compliance with the project goals within the approved timeline. Our services include operational planning, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, technical assistance, and adaptive management. With a strong multidisciplinary team and broad international network, we are able to provide local expertise in most countries, which is important to ensure effective coordination, timely delivery of outputs, and responsiveness to evolving environmental and socio-political contexts.
Our monitoring services are designed to track progress, enhance transparency, and foster learning throughout project and program cycles. We develop and operationalize Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks, including the use of digital tools, indicators, and data collection methodologies that align with client and donor requirements. Regular performance reviews and participatory monitoring help ensure accountability and continuous improvement. Specific client-support cover review and quality improvement of results frameworks to facilitate project monitoring and reporting.
We conduct independent project evaluations to assess relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability guided by the OECD-DAC standards, as well as additional criteria that our clients would like to include. Our evaluation teams combine quantitative and qualitative methods, and triangulation of multiple information sources to ensure reliable results. We also provide institutional assessments to support strategic planning, organizational learning, and institutional strengthening to improve efficiency and governance. Findings and recommendations are tailored to support evidence-based decision-making and adaptive management.
